GymGenius is the one-spot application that provides suggested workouts broken down based on which body part you are trying to exercise. The workouts are user-friendly providing you with the number of sets and repetitions for each exercise allowing you to adjust difficulty based on the amount of weight you choose. In addition, you can track the length of time it took to complete a full workout with the ability to pause and start if needed. Lastly, you are able to look back at all your old workouts seeing how long it took you as well as what you did during the workout.
